Replacements and Returns
RajAgro follows a very transparent Return & Refund policy
Returns/Refund would be applicable in the following scenarios :
- Wrong item is sent- If the Model received is different from what is shown in the picture or if there is a difference in technical specifications, RajAgro offers a full (no questions asked) replacement/refund as requested by the customer. However the incident has to be reported within 24 hours of receiving the product with supporting images & videos. However for Machines, Tools, Equipment,Spares or Accessories the color of the product might vary depending on the Manufacturing upgrades.
- Item Damage – In case there is damage to the product, RajAgro offers a full (no-questions asked) Replacement or Refund whatever is requested by the customer. However the damage has to be reported to the RajAgro Support team within 24 hours of receiving the product with supporting photos & videos.
- Defective/ Incomplete Product Received – In case of a defective product, RajAgro offers full Refunds, Replacement or Availability of Spare parts/Missing piece (If applicable) whatever is requested by the customer. The defects have to be reported within 24 hours of receiving the product with supporting images & videos.
Note – In case of any Concern raised Customer must share a opening/unboxing video of the product with the customer support team .

- The refund will be processed through a payment gateway or any other online banking / electronic funds transfer system approved by Reserve Bank India and will reflect in the same account of the customer from where the customer has paid the transaction amount.
It generally takes 7-10 working days for your money to get reflected in your bank account.
